New Haven, CT – Senior Megan Harper earns second team All-CACC accolades.

 

Megan Harper 2" src="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\schuler\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\clip_image003.jpg">Megan Harper, an Atco, New Jersey native, received her second All-CACC team honor during her career.  In her sophomore year Harper received her first All-CACC team honor with earning second team honors.  This year Harper has also received second team honors.  Harper also earned two CACC honorable mentions during this season. 

 

Harper led the Lightning this season with batting average (.430), slugging percentage (.551), on base percentage (.455), hits (46), RBI's (21), fielding percentage (.963), and putouts (127).  Harper also led the conference in batting average with an average of .450.  She has started in every game this season and has played in several positions throughout the year including catcher (her main position), first base, short stop, third base, and in the outfield.
