Wilmington, DE – Goldey-Beacom College Men's Soccer Picked to Finish 10^th in Pre-Season Poll

The Lightning Men's Soccer team was picked 10^th in a pre-season poll by the men's soccer coaches in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC).  Last year the Lightning went 1-14-3 overall and 1-5-3 in the CACC.  With a good core of the defensive unit for the Lightning returning including goalkeeper Garret Shuler along with defenders Matt Adkins, Noel White, and Kyle Bailey the Lightning look to make a statement.  The other returning members will look to have added help from the new comers to help the offensive end of the game.  With Coach Michael Finizio entering his 10^th season with Goldey-Beacom and the new assistant coach of Derek Bujak, the Lightning look to improve on last years record in hopes of earning a spot in the post-season.
