Middletown, DE – Tyler Harman voted CACC Golf Rookie of the Year
Freshman Tyler Harman was voted Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Year for 2009.
Harman, a Dover, Pennsylvania native, earned the honor by the vote of the men’s golf coaches in the CACC.
Harman currently has the lowest scoring average on the golf team with a 78. He was named CACC Golf Rookie of the Week for three consecutive weeks (March 30; April 6; April 13), and finished 9th in the CACC Tournament earning him a spot on the 2009 All-CACC team. Tyler’s best finish last fall was a 1st place finish at the Wilmington University Fall Classic. His best finish in the spring was a 4th place finish at the Philadelphia University Invitational.
