The seemingly weekly ritual of Goldey-Beacom sophomores Lexi Bruno (Millville, NJ) and Britani Bryson (Hampton, VA) earning honors from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference happened again as each were picked to the league's Weekly Honor Roll.

This is Bruno's eighth appearance on the Honor Roll this season to go with two nods as Player of the Week.  Bryson this season makes her seventh entry on the list in addition to once being tabbed Player of the Week.

Bruno averaged 22.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.5 steals over two games.  She scored 23 points to go with 10 rebounds, three 3-pointers and three steals Saturday at Caldwell in becoming the eighth leading scorer in school history.  Bruno had 21 points, nine rebounds and two steals Thursday vs. Dominican (NY).

Bruno on Saturday became the ninth player in team annals to reach 900 career points and then passed former teammate Lillian Chukwueze (2013-15).  She now has 908 points, is third with 123 three-pointers, third with 277 assists and eighth with 114 steals.

Bryson averaged 17.5 points on 12-of-19 shooting and 10.0 rebounds over two games.  She poured in 24 points on 7-of-10 shooting to go with nine rebounds and went 10-for-11 from the line Thursday vs. Dominican (NY).  Bryson also had 11 points on 5-of-9 shooting and 11 rebounds Saturday at Caldwell for her team-leading 10th double-double of the season and 17th career.

Bryson this season has 38 blocks, which is the eighth-best mark in team history, and her 70 career are fourth in team annals.  Her 265 rebounds this season are fifth in school history for one season and her 473 total are 10th.

Goldey-Beacom (8-17, 8-8 CACC) is on the road Wednesday for a big game at third place University of the Sciences (10-16, 10-7).  Chestnut Hill (9-7) is fourth in the South Division and only the four teams in each of the two divisions make the conference tournament.
