Breanne Haley and Cliona Crammond Cited for Weekly CACC Awards

Goldey-Beacom volleyball freshman Breanne Haley (Elkton, MD) has been picked Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week a fifth time in addition to be named Player of the Week for the first time with women's soccer junior Cliona Crammond (Wicklow, Ireland) named her sport's Player of the Week.
 
Haley ended her week with 51 kills, 39 digs, six aces, four blocks and three double-doubles over four matches.  Her 17th double-double of the season came Saturday in a 3-0 win at Georgian Court, recording 17 kills and 15 digs.  Haley also had 12 kills and 10 digs Tuesday vs. Shippensburg before getting 14 and 12 to go with six aces Wednesday vs. Chestnut Hill.
 
Haley's 388 kills are now are third on the school's single-season list.
 
Crammond scored on a free kick in the 95th minute to give Goldey-Beacom a 1-0 overtime victory Friday at Queens (NY).  She now is seventh in school history with 17 goals, tied for ninth with 11 assists and 10th with 45 points.
 
The volleyball squad is home Tuesday against Wilmington at 7:00 pm.  The women's soccer team is home Tuesday at 2:00 pm vs. Jefferson in the CACC Tournament quarterfinals.
