(2024-25 schedule)

Goldey-Beacom took a major step forward last season in reaching the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference semifinals and hopes for bigger things as the 2024-25 schedule was announced.

GBC plays an exhibition game November 6 at Division I Saint Joseph's before opening for real two days later at home against Bentley.  The squad is in Pike Creek the next day against New Haven before its first road game November 13 at Kutztown.

CACC play opens December 3 at reigning champion Jefferson before GBC is home four days later against Wilmington (DE).  The team visits Indiana (PA) and Saint Thomas Aquinas in mid-December before ending the month on the 21st with a home game vs. American International.

Goldey-Beacom on January 14 is on the road to visit Chestnut Hill in a rematch of last season's CACC semifinal before it visits Felician four days later.

The rematch with Jefferson is home on February 5, the one with Chestnut Hill is six days later and the regular-season finale is March 1 at Wilmington.

The top four teams from each of the two divisions go to the CACC Tournament.  The quarterfinals are March 4 and championship weekend is from March 8-9 in Philadelphia.

A vital player back is junior Rory Ciszkowski (Wilmington, DE), a gifted scorer and competitor who last season was tabbed third team All-CACC.  After ending last season first in the league with a school-record 87 three-pointers and second with a .429 three-point percentage, Ciszkowski is sixth in school history with 152 three-pointers and just outside the top 20 with 659 career points.

Conducting the orchestra is junior Karlee Lemon (Williamsburg, VA), a solid point guard who was the only one for Goldey-Beacom to start in all 30 contests last season.  A great leader who is a solid teammate and competitor, Lemon last season finished 12th in the league with 77 assists and 13th with a .309 three-point percentage.

Another outstanding player who will be a key contributor is sophomore Katie Yoder (Dublin, PA).  A solid guard with great all-around skills on both ends of the court, Yoder last season closed first on the team with 13.5 points per game, seventh in the league with 81 free throws and 11th with a .736 free throw percentage.

Goldey-Beacom last season played in the CACC semifinals for the sixth time in program history and the first since 2019.  The Lightning entered that game having won six of their last seven contests.
