Biography
At Goldey-Beacom: Third-year letterwinner...showed great improvement last year from his rookie season…looking to reach full potential in 2010.
2009 Season: Competed in six meets during the season…placed 61st with a time of 37:19 at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference meet (10/24)…placed as high as 32nd in the 4K race at the Stevens Invitational (9/25) with a time of 16:27.
2008 Season: Competed in the Blue Marlin Open (Virginia Wesleyan) on Aug. 30 and the Larry Simmons 5K (Cheyney) on Oct. 18…took 79th place with a 44:25 at the Blue Marlin Open and 26th with a 25:08.55 at the Larry Simmons 5K.
High School: Ran four years of varsity indoor and outdoor track at Hodgson Vo-Tech…All-Conference in the 110m hurdles in 2008 and took 5th place in the State meet…most valuable player his senior year…honor student.
Personal: Demetris “D.A.” Harding…chose to come to GBC for its financial assistance and because it is an accredited school…high school teammate of GBC’s Brittney and Alyssa Murray…enjoys “chilling,” playing sports, partying, clubbing and hanging out with friends…describes himself as “spectacular.”
